Re-Election Campaign
Forney Family - I will be running again to represent FISD as a school board trustee. And look forward to your support. I have been honored and proud to have served the last SIX years as a school board trustee for Forney ISD representing our students and this community. Our district has never been in a better position than it is now to educate our children and prepare them for their future, whether that be in college or their careers. We are experiencing tremendous growth in our district and it will take strategic planning to handle it correctly. Knowing that and seeing the current momentum this district has, I look forward to being a part of seeing us into the next steps of continuing this push to be one of the most innovative districts in the state of Texas, a true district of choice. I have turned in my application to serve another three year term on the Forney School Board. And I hope with your support that I’ll have that opportunity. Thanks for allowing me to serve, and I look forward to continuing to do so.
How you can help
There will be multiple opportunities along the way on the campaign to help, but what you can do now is share on social media about how our district is thriving right now and in a better place than it has been in years. We definitely have obstacles to overcome in regards to the tremendous growth in Forney and Kaufman County, but we will find the solutions. We have great teachers, and committed administration and the best students. The current sitting board is committed to making sure FISD is the best it can be for our students.
